Authentic Teams is a team discussion about establishing a language and context within a team to allow for a safe and understanding culture on which to build creativity, communication, and collaboration.
The Authentic Teams module is a sampling of the Communication, Collaboration, Influencing, Leadership, and Creativity modules. It is custom made based on a discussion with your team leader or sponsor.
The module is available in Virtual or Classroom setting.
Class sizes can vary from a very small team to a max of 40 people. Please note that the higher numbers work better in a classroom setting and may require additional cost.
Sessions can be booked for: 2, 4, or 8 hours
For all modules, classroom settings require reimbursement for travel.


"No communication occurs in a vacuum"
Authentic Communication is about building a lexicon for effective sharing and understanding the unintended obstacles in the way. We go through the “Communication Filter Model” and discuss ways to translate intention into meaning by understanding the mediums of communication, the context of communication, and the intent of communication.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Think more deliberately about the impact of your own words

Use the communication filter model to take responsibility for your communication

Improve your listening using the 3 levels of co-active listening

Authentic Collaboration is about defining “together” and “common goal” while understanding ways to lean on the strengths of one another. The goal is to have a collaborative team instead of a team of individuals working independently. This requires effective communication and effective appreciation.

In Authentic Influencing , we consider the perspective of the other person and take accountability of the relationship and how the communications are interpreted. We uncover more about stakeholder mapping/insight and the benefits you are uniquely suited to provide to your stakeholders.

Authentic Leadership is an approach to leadership that emphasizes building the leader's legitimacy through honest relationships with followers which value their input and are built on an ethical foundation. Generally, authentic leaders are positive people with truthful self-concepts who promote openness. In the Authentic Leadership session, we explore self-confidence, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence and ways to use these to lead with positivity and effectiveness.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Attendees must be considered Leaders, Senior Positions, People Managers, or High Potential (HiPo).

Creativity Incubator creates a safe and optimal environment in which creativity and collaboration can occur within a team. The team should have a project to work on during the session.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Authentic Strengths-Based Teams is an assessment driven team module that leverages StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment tool and the Workplace Appreciation Language assessment tool.
The Clifton StrengthsFinder is a strengths-based assessment tool. This session uses the StrengthsFinder assessment results to build strengths-based teams and improve collaboration through leveraging teams’ strengths and understanding how to overcome gaps/weaknesses by leveraging strengths. This session is paired with the Workplace Appreciation Languages assessment to create a more effective communication within the strengths-based team.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Identify your talents/strengths and the talents/strengths of your team based on the Clifton Strengths Finder 2.0 assessment

Overcome weaknesses and/or gaps by leveraging the strengths of your teammates

Build a cohesive strengths-based team

Communicate appreciation effectively

It is important that the attendees are part of the same team. For individual Strenths-Based training, an individual coaching session may be booked with the intent to leverage any assessment results.

Team Coaching is a collaborative facilitation that inspires teams to leverage each other to maximize their potential by creating a safe space to explore ideas and accountability for their mission and team and individual goals.
Team Coaching is generally followed up by at least 2 individual coaching sessions with each participant and often includes 1 or more individual discovery sessions with the team leaders and key members of the team.

Authentic Coaching and Mentorship is an approach to leadership that emphasizes a coaching mindset. A coaching mindset allows the leader to coach their team to make their own powerful choices and find enjoyment in their performance and success. You will learn about powerful questions, evoking responsibility, running effective coaching sessions, and running effective feedback sessions.
The module is available in Virtual or Classroom setting.

Team Consulting can be done in conjunction with team coaching or on it's own. The topics on consultation available generally center around team building, peer and performance coaching, authenticity, and development, but the Authenticity Incubator team has a variety of experiences it can tap into to provide value to you and your company.
